Chief Minister Mahmood Khan on Monday expressed grief and sorrow on the death of three women of the same family in an incident of roof collapse due to heavy downpour in Takhtbai area, district Mardan and announced financial support for them.
The incident also left a male and child injured in the incident who were timely recovered from the debris and shifted to hospital.
The CM announced Rs 800,000 financial support for the family for each deceased and Rs 200,000 for each injured and directed the district administration to immediately hand over compensation cheques to the affected family.
He also directed best medical treatment for the injured.
