ISLAMABAD
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Secretary General Asad Umer said on Sunday that newly elected Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz does not have simple majority as 25 assembly members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) will be de-notified soon on party policy violation.
While writing on micro logging website Twitter, the ex-federal minister said “With 25 MPAs voting who committed an undeniable violation of article 63A and will now be de-notified as MPAs, Punjab Chief Minister will loss simple majority,”
Asad umer has also questioned justification to continue Assembly proceedings.
“The Punjab CM clearly does not have even a simple majority of the house. What justification is there for Punjab assembly to continue?” he wrote.
