ISLAMABAD: PML-N Lawyers forum has filed compliant against Supreme Court (SC) judge Justice Mazahir Naqvi in Supreme Judicial Council (SJC). The complaint against Justice Mazahir Naqvi was filed on the basis of audio leak. The transcript of his alleged talk with Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has also been included in the application. It has been said in the application that SC Judge Justice Mazahir Naqvi violated code of conduct. Proceedings under article 209 be initiated against Justice Mazahir Naqvi.
