ISLAMABAD
Complaint against judge of Islamabad High Court (IHC) Justice Muhammad Asif has been filed in Supreme Judicial Council (SJC). The complaint said 2 women were killed due to accident of vehicle of son of Justice Muhammad Asif. Abuzar, 16 son of justice Asif was driving non custom paid car.
According to context of complaint, it was said Justice Asif while using influence and state machinery pressurized family members of victim women. The accused was granted bail after recording the statements of family members of two women in secret way.
Judge should posses outstanding morality and character.
Justice Asif depended on the pressure of government officers instead of going to home of the affected women for sympathy.
Justice Asif committed violation of code of conduct. Inquiry be conducted against Justice Asif and he be sacked.
