Pakistan ambassador in Kabul Mansoor Ahmad Khan has confirmed the presence of Pakistani journalist Anas Malik in Afghanistan.
Mansoor Ahmad Khan has said in this regard that contact has been made with Pakistani journalist Anas Malik who has gone to Afghanistan for coverage.
I have talked to him by telephone and he is in Kabul, he added.
Information were received in respect of Anas Malik that that he had gone missing.
Foreign office had contacted Afghan authorities on disappearance of Anas Malik. A day before Anas Malik went outside the hotel in Kabul and did not return. He had reached Afghanistan two days before. Anas Malik is associated with an Indian broadcasting corporation..
