ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to PTI chairman Imran Khan for April 07 on a contempt of court petition filed against him for allegedly creating law and order situation in Judicial complex.
The court has also summoned report from IG Police.
The contempt of court petition filed by AC Shalimar against Imran Khan came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Amir Farooq Wednesday.
The court while issuing notice to Imran Khan for April 07 has sought report from IG Police in the matter of creating law and order situation by PTI chairman in judicial complex.
Raja Rizwan Abbasi counsel for petitioner appeared in the court.
The court connected this case with misplacement of file case.
The court remarked during the hearing of the case this case be connected with misplacement of file matter related to Toshakhana case.
