LAHORE
Convocation Ceremony of Pakistan Navy’s 51st Staff Course was held Friday at the Navy War College, Navy’s spokesperson said in a statement. According to the statement, Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi was the chief guest of ceremony.
Addressing the ceremony, Admiral Niazi said Pakistan is a peaceful country but its effort for maintain peace should not be taken as any lagging. He said Pakistan was constantly tackling an offensive foe, who keeps on increasing its military might.
Naval Chief said abruptly evolving maritime security situation of the region demands a fully operational and well aware defense system.
Earlier, Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi distributed Masters Degree to 98 officers for completing the course.
