ISLAMABAD: Intizar Panjutha the counsel for Hassan Khan Niazi focal person for PTI chairman Imran Khan has filed his power of attorney in district and Sessions court Islamabad. The power of attorney has been filed in the case seeking review of the decision on granting bail to Hassan Khan. The case came up for hearing before additional sessions judge Sikandar Khan Tuesday. Prosecutor appeared in the court. At the inception of hearing prosecutor told the court bail to Hassan Khan Niazi was granted without giving opportunity to prosecution for giving arguments. The prosecutor requested the court the decision of granting bail to Hassan Khan Niazi be suspended. The court adjourned till April 13 the hearing of review appeal against acceptance of bail plea of Hassan Khan Niazi. Online
