ISLAMABAD
Special court established under official secret act has adjourned hearing of cipher case till November 23. Cipher case came up for hearing before special secret act special court led by Justice Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain here Tuesday.
Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi were present in the court. The lawyers of chairman PTI too reached the court. Terrorism cases against chairman PTI will also be heard against chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
Cases were registered against chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in police stations of Bhara Kahu and khanna. Terrorism cases were registered against them in March this year.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain adjourned hearing of cipher case till March 23.
FIA special prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi while talking to media men outside Adiala Jail said Islamabad High Court has given stay order in cipher case. Today too is hearing of the petitions against cipher case trial.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain has adjourned hearing of the case in the light of IHC decision.
