Campaign against institutions case
ISLAMABAD: Special court has approved bail after arrest in respect of journalist Asad Toor in launching campaign against the institutions case. The bail after arrest plea of journalist Asad Toor came up for hearing before special judge central Islamabad Hummayun Dilawar Saturday. Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha counsels for Asad Toor appeared in the court. Syed Ishfaq Hussain Shah special prosecutor of FIA also appeared in the court. Investigation officer of the case appeared in the case along with record. Counsel Hadi Ali Chattha filed Supreme Court observation in the court. Upon it the court inquired from investigation officer and special prosecutor FIA is this observation correct. FIA special prosecutor replied yes the observation is correct.
