Recovery of explosive material
LAHORE: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has awarded 5 years Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) to one Atlas Khan, member of proscribed outfit in the case of recovery of explosive material. Manzar Ali Gill judge of ATC announced the decision. The punishment was announced after the case was proved against the criminal. The accused Atlas Khan was presented from jail to court. The court sent the accused to jail following the announcement of the decision. CTD Sheikhupura had filed challan of accused Atlas Khan. According to CTD explosive material was recovered from the possession of the accused. The accused is affiliated with proscribed organization. He is involved in terrorism related activities. CTD Sheikhupura had registered case against the accused in 2025. Online
