ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has confirmed the bail of former interior minister Sheikh Rashid in the case registered against him in Kohsar police station. Sheikh Rashid said he would come to know on December 20 from Lahore High Court (LHC) how many cases have been registered against him. The bail plea of Sheikh Rashid came up for hearing before additional district and sessions judge Tahir Abbas Sipra Wednesday.
Sheikh Rashid appeared in the court along with his lawyers. The court confirmed the bail of Sheikh Rashid in the case registered against him in police station Kohsar.
Talking to media men outside the court Sheikh Rashid said his bail has been confirmed by the court here. He will come to know from Lahore High Court on December 20 that how many cases stand registered against him. All cases are false. Former interior minister said he is going to launch his election campaign from December 10. Chief Justice has said election will take place then who I am to say any thing in this regard. .
He held real issue is economic issue. The economic situation has come out of approach of people.
