Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has dismissed bail pleas of 3 Members of National Assembly (MNAs) from PTI.
According to media reports Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC heard the case. Bail pleas of PTI MNAs Asif, Fazal Mehmood and Sajid Mohmand came up for hearing.
The court while announcing decision dismissed the bail pleas being not contested.
It is pertinent to mention here these MNAs of PTI are nominated in November 26 protest case registered in police station Kohsar.
They had resorted to the court for bail in this regard.
