RAWALPINDI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has dismissed interim bail of PTI Punjab Chief Organizer Aliya Hamza while interim bail of Suleman Akram Raja and Azam Swati have been extended. Judge Amjid Ali Shah of ATC heard the cases related to October and November 26 protest . Prosecutor Syed Zahir Sahah while giving arguments said the accused are trying to influence the investigation process deliberately. Counsel for Azam Swati presented exemption plea in the court. The counsel requested Azam Swati is there in Peshawar High Court (PHC) therefore, exemption from attendance be granted. The court while accepting the plea extended interi bail till August 27. PTI general secretary Suleman Akram Raja appeared in the court. The court extended interim bail plea of Suleman Akram Raja till September 03. Online
