Oct 5 protest case
LAHORE
Court has extended interim bail of Aleema Khan sister of Imran Khan and his nephew Sher Shah till December 5 in October 5 protest case. Case pertaining to violence against police during October 5 PTI protest in Lahore came up for hearing in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore. Judge Manzar Ali Gill of ATC heard the case. The accused appeared in the court on expiry of their interim bail. During the hearing of the case the prosecutor told the court the record of the case is not available at present. Court is requested to fix next date.
The court while accepting the plea adjourned the hearing of the case till December 05.
The court also accepted one day exemption from attendance plea of Uzma Khan.
