ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has granted 2 days physical remand of the 3 accused arrested in the case of alleged tax data leak of former army chief Gen (Retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa. The case has been registered by FIA. The three accused including Shahzad Niaz, Arshid Ali, and Adeel Ashraf were presented in the court of judicial magistrate. The lawyers of the accused persons and investigation officer appeared in the court with the record. The investigation officer had requested for five days physical remand in respect of the three accused. The court while granting two days physical remand sent the accused to custody of FIA. Online
