Siraj ul Haq said that the SC would has to give judgment against Nawaz Sharif just like former PM Yousaf Raza Gilani adding that the arguments of Attorney General in the court showed that a new NRO is being prepared. He said this while talking to media men outside SC after panama leaks hearing on Wednesday. Attorney general of Pakistan, Ashtar Ausaf is playing the role of government counsel in the court during Wednesday panama hearing and it has felt from his arguments that a new NRO is getting prepared. Government has tried to chew ‘Ganderi” by commenting that according to article 62 and 63 of the constitution, the authority of PM cannot be challenged but SC has the right to give judgment against PM as that of Former PM Yousaf Raza Gilani.
He added.
Siraj while responding to rude behavior of PML (N) leader Anusha Rehman said that such types of people were transferred people’s money in foreign country first and later tried to hide it and those who show them right path, threats have been hurled to them of 14 years of imprisonment. He said such incidents were not even happened during president Musharraf regime.
