May 9 cases
LAHORE: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore while initiating proceedings against absenting accused in May 9 cases has issued arrest warrants of 8 accused in two cases. As per media reports Judge Manzar Ali Gill of ATC took up the cases for hearing Friday and initiated proceedings against absenting accused persons. The court issued arrest warrants of Khadija Shah in Jinnah House attack case and Askari tower attack case. Arrest warrants of the accused Imran and Faiza Azmat have also been issued in Jinnah House attack case. Arrest warrants of Usman, Ahmad Mursalain, Hamza Sohail and Muhammad Khalid have been issued in Askari tower attack case. The court has started proceedings for declaring two accused proclaimed offender. Order has been give to issue advertisement against the accused Abdul Razzaq and Safdar. Both the accused are nominated in Jinnah House attack case. These two accused had not appeared in the court Friday despite issuance of their arrest warrants. Online
