ISLAMABAD: Court has issued written order on the petition seeking registration of case against former president Arif Alvi. Additional Sessions Judge Shafqat Shahbaz Raja has said in his written decision if any illegal thing has been done then FIA should initiate proceedings as per law. The court has directed FIA to complete procedural action in the matter. The petitioner Shahzad Adnan had taken plea in the petition filed through his counsel Mudassar Chaudhry advocate that Arif Alvi during his speech abroad used contemptuous remarks. Application was given to FIA for registration of case in this regard but no action was taken. The court was requested to issue order for registration of case against Arif Alvi. ONLINE
