Islamabad Special court has rejected bail plea of PTI senator Azam Khan Swati. PTI Senator Azam Swati bail plea came up for hearing before special judge Azam Khan of special court of Islamabad.
Prosecution Rizwan Abbasi gave final arguments on bail plea of Azam Swati. Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi told the procedure for verification of account on twitter. Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi said there is blue tick on account of Azam Swati. Leading personalities have followed him.
The prosecution gave arguments renowned personalities are followers of Azam Swati. Politicians and journalists are also included in them. Azam Swati never denied his twitter account. Prosecutor said there are no two opinions in this matter that twitter account is not of Azam Swati.
The law officer said Azam Swati has tried to make a narrative against armed forces on this account.

Sohail Khan counsel for Azam Swati argued cyber crime case cannot be made on screen shots of tweets.
Prosecutor said that counsel for the petitioner has not said even once during his arguments twitter account is not owned by Azam Swati.
The counsel for Azam Swati said case has been registered on screen shots.
The court while rejecting bail plea remarked Azam Swati has committed one crime twice.
