ISLAMABAD
Islamabad Banking Court (IBC) has restrained FIA to arrest PTI leader Aamir Kiyani. Aamir Kiyani resorted to banking court in the case under foreign exchange act in prohibited funding matter. The court granted bail to Aamir Kiyani in prohibited funding case till November 23. The court also directed Aamir Kiyani to join the investigation. Judge Rakhshanda Shaheen of banking court heard the petition. Former Prime Minister Imran Khan, Saifullah Niazi, Tariq Shafi and other accused persons are already on bail.
The further hearing of the case was adjourned till November 23.
