FIA summons
LAHORE: Court has restrained FIA from taking any adverse action against PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry in FIA summons notice matter. The petition filed by Fawad Chaudhry against issuance of summons by FIA came up for hearing before the court Friday. The court while issuing notice to federal government, DG FIA and other respondents has sought reply from them. The court stopped FIA from taking any adverse action against Fawad Chaudhry. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till March 24. Talking to media men here Fawad Chaudhry said the weakness of heads of the institutions is weakness of state. A major chaos has raised its head in the country. We will surely default if IMF does not provide us money. He claimed that Ishaq Dar is playing with national security after devastating national economy. . Statement given by Ishaq Dar a day before is an indication to a new crisis.
