ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad has sent Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MPA Ali Shah on a three-day physical remand in connection with the November 26 protest case, ARY News reported. As per details, the PTI MPA Ali Shah was presented before Judge Abul Hassanat Muhammad Zulqernain today. Shah’s lawyer requested the court to either send his client to judicial remand or release him on bail, citing his age (70) and health issues. However, the prosecutor argued that Shah’s medical treatment could be arranged in jail. News Agency
