Wajia Farook murder case
RAWALPINDI: Additional District and Session Judge Rawalpindi Muhammad Afzal has summoned the American deputy medical examiner to record the statement on video link in American national woman Wajia Farook’s abduction and murder case. Court has directed the American embassy in Pakistan to make video link arrangements in collaboration with Pakistan embassy besides ensuring availability of US deputy medical examiner. The court also directed to enusre identity of Major Anthony as key prosecution witness before recording the statment through video link today. Court also ordered Pakistan Embassy in America not to exert any pressure on witness while recording the statement. These orders have been issued by the court in the light of orders given by High Court Rawalpindi bench. Online
