Attack on PTV, Parliament case
ISLAMABAD: The hearing of the cases of vandalism, rioting and attack on PTV and parliament during PTI long mach has been adjourned till June 01. All these cases came up for hearing in the court of judicial magistrate Islamabad Saturday. Imran Khan, Ali Amin Gandpur, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Faisal Javed, Asad Umar ,Ali Nawaz Awan, Raja Khurram and Pervez Khattak did not appear in the court. First hearing of the case was conducted by judicial magistrate Inam Ullah Khan on Saturday following the deletion of terrorism related clauses from the case. Sardar Masroof Khan counsel for the accused filed petition for acquittal of the accused persons and their exemption from the attendance. The court while accepting the plea of exemption for one day from attendance adjourned the hearing of the case till June 01. The court summoned arguments on acquittal petition on next hearing. Online
