Criminal elements to be dealt with iron hands, says DPO Tank

District Police Chief Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada on Monday said criminal elements should come to the right path and surrender themselves to the law, otherwise they will be dealt with iron hands.
Addressing press conference, he said that Tank police has busted the main culprit of Amakhel incident in which 11 people were brutally killed.
The head money of the accused’s was also fixed by the provincial government. Police in Jandola area arrested the criminal along with weapon after tracing the blind murder.
District Police Chief Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada addressing press conference said that as per the vision of provincial government and Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Moazzam Jahan Ansari, the Tank Police is using all its resources to play its important role in ending the old feud between the citizens.
He said tha the initiative will prevent further loss of precious lives in the feud conflictsa and will help in maintaining law and order in the area.
He said that the accused had opened fire on passengers coach, killing 11 people.
He said that operation has been continued efforts to arrest the accused involved in the incident and bring them to an end in which several named accused reached their logical conclusion while the main accused Omar Khattab who was wanted by the police was arrested.
The DPO said that the accused was wanted by the police in 26 murder and other serious cases while the accused was wanted in 16 murder cases.
The district police chief said that the role of police, law enforcement agencies and local leaders was crucial to make Mulazai peaceful. He said that accused Inamullah, Gulzaman, Mamriz, Rafiullah, Farmanullah, Nehruwan and Faridullah were arrested.
The arrested suspects were wanted by local police for murder, attempted murder, robbery and other serious crimes. The arrest of these criminals has created an atmosphere of peace in the area.
Chief Sajjad Ahmad Sahibzada said that the police of the merged area Jandola sub-division, in their limited resources, after a successful investigation from different angles, arrested the accused Omar Khattab, He said DSP Jandola Ghazi Marjan and his entire team deserve congratulations on the detection of blind murder and arrest of the accused. Certificates of appreciation were distributed among the police officers and men who showed tremendous performance.
