ISLAMABAD: The Punjab government has evolved a new strategy to deal with PTI workers surrendering to police for arrest in Jail Bharo Tehreek. Every PTI leader and worker will be checked for his criminal record through Safe City and biometric. For that purpose, a government vehicle has been stationed at The Mall. The vehicle is fully equipped with the necessary tools for carrying out biometric of all the PTI activists. PTI activists who will surrender voluntarily to police will be arrested by law enforcement agencies. After arresting them, they will be checked through biometric for their criminal record, if any.
