ISLAMABAD: Crude oil futures remained flat on Tuesday after making gains in the early trading; however, both global benchmark Brent and US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) have been climbing to the highest levels since January 2020. At 1525 hours GMT, Brent, the international benchmark for two-thirds of the world’s oil, was trading at $65.35 a barrel after gaining 0.09 percent. The US WTI crude futures shed 0.13 percent to $61.62 a barrel. The price for Opec Basket was recorded at $61.3 a barrel with 3.36 percent decrease, Arab Light was available at $62.66 a barrel after an increase of 0.63 percent while price of Russian Urals remained unchanged at $42.22 a barrel.
