SWAT: A review meeting in connection with the ongoing polio drive in Swat district was held on Tuesday with Deputy Commissioner (DC ) Dr Qasim Ali Khan in the chair. The meeting was attended by all Assistant Commissioners on live video link while N-stop officer Dr Zeeshan, education, health, police and other relevant departments attended the meeting. The forum was given a detailed presentation regarding the coverage, refusal and security of the second day of the anti-polio campaign, said a handout. DC Swat expressed his satisfaction with the overall performance and special tributes were also paid to the field staff dedication for eradication of polio from the society. Dr Qasim Ali Khan appealed to the people to help the field staff and ensure polio drops for all their children under the age of five years. The drive across the district Swat will continue till the of the ongoing week. DLP Report
