LAHORE: The number of cases of dengue virus continues to increase in Punjab, the virus was confirmed in 24 patients during 24 hours. 2 new cases of dengue have been reported in each Sheikhupura, Kasur and Chakwal, while one new patient has been reported in Sialkot, Gujrat, Attock, Bahawalpur and Khanewal. There are currently 47 dengue patients under treatment in hospitals in Punjab and this year 322 confirmed dengue patients have been reported in Lahore. Online
