The District Education Officer (DEO) Khyber stressed upon the new recruited staff to carry out their duties with honesty and dedication. While addressing the newly appointed educational staff DEO, Khyber Mesri Khan urged them to play an active role in promoting education, improve the management of government schools, and provide students with a conducive learning environment.
Earlier the department completed the recruitment process for class IV employees in state-run schools across the district, with appointment letters distributed to the successful candidates. He further said appointment letters had already been issued to teachers in various cadres as part of the department’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the education system.
DEO Mesri Khan said that the appointments were made through a transparent, fair, and merit-based process, ensuring that only qualified and deserving candidates were selected.
Every stage of the recruitment had been conducted in accordance with the prescribed rules and regulations, he added. Maintaining merit in all recruitments remains a top priority to improve the quality and efficiency of public education in the district, he added.
The DEO reaffirmed that they would continue to enhance its performance, promote transparency, and strictly enforce its merit-based recruitment policy in the future.
