DMK leader demands arrest of BJP blasphemers Sharma, Jindal

The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) leader Dr D. Masthan has demanded the arrest of BJP leaders Nupur Sharma and Naveen Jindal over their remarks on Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
DMK minority wing of Tamil Nadu secretary Dr Masthan, who is also former member of the Rajya Sabha, in a social media post condemned the remarks made by the BJP leaders against the Prophet (SAW).
In the post, the DMK leader said: “The BJP should not try to escape from the issue by just taking party related disciplinary action against the duo.” He said that such irresponsible remarks loaded with hatred would disturb social harmony and bring serious implications and damage in the future.
It may be noted that several Islamic countries and organizations including Pakistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Iran, Jordan, Afghanistan, Maldives, Indonesia, Malaysia and OIC have come out against the remarks of the BJP leaders on Holy Prophet (SAW).
