Police on Saturday said that Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain’s residence in Khudadad Colony in Karachi would be de-sealed once the police complete its investigation.
Police said that they are waiting for the forensic report of the crime scene. The authorities have also obtained the complete record of Aamir Liaquat from the Nadra.
So far among real heirs, his son Ahmed and daughter Dua came forward.
“After checking all the Nadra records, the divorce certificates of the first and second wives of deceased Aamir Liaquat—Bushra and Toba—were registered. However, the divorce certificate of the third wife was not registered in the Nadra record.” Police said that Dania Shah filed a separation suit in local court in Bahawalpur and the record will be updated only with the degree of divorce issued after the finalization of divorce.
