PESHAWAR: Professor Dr Fakhrul Islam has been appointed Director Research and Academic Outreach at Institute of Policy Studies Islamabad (IPSI). According to the Media Coordinator, Dr Fakharul Islam has taken charge of his new assignment. Dr Fakhar had recently retired as Director Pakistan Study Center, University of Peshawar. He has a vast experience of around 35 years in teaching, research and administrative affairs. He is the writer of 100 research papers and 13 books. APP
