ISLAMABAD Earthquake tremors were felt in the Drakhala and Wadh areas of Khuzdar district of Balochistan on Monday evening. According to the seismological center, the depth of the earthquake was 170 kilometers, while the epicenter was 160 kilometers in the northwest. People came out of their houses in fear by reciting Kalma-e-Tayyaba. However, no loss of life or damage to property was reported from any part of Khuzdar so far. The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) said the magnitude of the earthquake on the Richter scale was 5.5 magnitude.
