Election Tribunal Balochistan High Court (BHC) has announced the reserved judgement about eligibility of Balochistan Chief Minister (CM) Mir Sarfraz Bugti.
Election tribunal comprising Justice Rozy Khan Barrech had reserved judgment. Nawabzada Gohram Bugi had filed election petition against polls result of PP-16 Dera Bugti. Election Tribunal Balochistan dismissed the election petition against Mir Sarfraz Bugti. Advocate General Balochistan Asif Ali persuaded the case in election tribunal on behalf of Balochistan government.
Senator Kamran Murtaza advocate, Jamil Agha advocate and Noor Jahan Baledi advocte persuaded the case on behalf of Mir Sarfraz Bugti.
