PESHAWAR: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Wednesday transferred the provincial election commissioner of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and appointed director general local government Muhammad Raziq as new election commissioner KP. According to a notification issued by the ECP secretariat Islamabad, Sharifullah has been asked to report to the ECP secretariat. Muhammad Raziq director general local government at ECP secretariat Islamabad has been transferred and posted as new provincial election commissioner KP. “Mr Sharifullah, PEC shall move first and on report to the secretariat, Islamabad shall move subsequently,” the notification said.
