KARACHI
Health minister Syed Mustafa Kamal has said the entire system has paralyzed and establishment of new units in the country is must.
He was addressing foundation stone laying ceremony of project related to expansion of government dispensary at Karachi airport.
He said federation gave 42000 billion rupees to Sindh government in 18 years but despite this , entire Sindh including Karachi are facing grave problems.
Only 4 provinces are insufficient for 26 crore population of country.
The entire province including Karachi is facing governance problems. Administrative units are must to save the country, he held.
I don’t talk of division of Sindh but I need better governance, he added.
Karachi was built an ideal city at the cost of Rs 300 billion in past. But the present system has failed, he remarked.
Employments on our quota are occupied through fake domiciles. Not a single youth has been given employment.
The procedure for creating provinces is laid down in the constitution.
Several amendments have been made in 1973 constitution which bears evidence there is room for rectification in system.
