Former PTI MPA Muhammad Saleem Akhtar Labar announced in a press conference in Multan that he would be leaving PTI as politics in the country had changed over time and he had “no part” left to play.
He stated that PTI had not given any instructions for the violence in the country on May 9 and the message that was communicated spoke only about peaceful protests.
“I strongly condemn the event of May 9,” Labar said. He also added that his decision to leave the party was his own and he was not pressued to take the decision.
