NOWSHERA: Excise police on Monday foiled an attempt to smuggle narcotics from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Punjab and arrest three persons, including the facilitator, said a handout. It stated that acting on tip off, Excise Station Mardan intercepted a vehicle on a blockade near Rashakai and recovered 18 kg Hashish from it. The arrested alleged smugglers are the residents of Faisalabad city of Punjab and having criminal records. The Excise officials have said that case has been registered against the three accused in Mardan Excise Police Station under the anti-narcotics provisions. Shinwari
