Excise recovers ice, ecstacy pills and hashish in various actions

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department has carried out major anti-narcotics operations across the province, seizing significant quantities of drugs and arresting multiple suspects.
The operations were conducted under the zero-tolerance policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and on the directives of Provincial Minister for Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control, Syed Fakhar Jahan.
In Abbottabad, the Excise Police acted on a tip-off and arrested an ice dealer near Haveliyaan Interchange. During the operation, 247 grams of crystal meth (ice) was recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Naveed Hussain Shah, a resident of Mansehra.
The operation was conducted under the supervision of Circle Officer Irshadullah Afridi and led by SHO Faisal Khan of Excise Police Station Abbottabad, along with Additional SHO Naseem Khan and staff. A case has been registered at the Excise Police Station Abbottabad, and further investigation is underway.
In another operation in Peshawar, the Excise Intelligence Special Squad recovered 350 ecstasy pills concealed inside a shoe. The raid was conducted near Haji Camp (H. Gol Chowk) close to the motorway
