Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) chairman Muhammad Faiq Shah Sunday reiterated his firm resolve that to bring revolution public authority in country.
We will constitute a joint Board of Wisdom and Honesty [BWH] from Union Council to Central level in all federating units, including Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, says Faiq while addressing the party’s office bearers and workers hailing from Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other parts of the country.
He elaborated the proposed board will make constitutional, legal and democratic grounds from police station, court to administration level, wherein representation of all public segments would be ensured.
Shah claimed his party conceived the idea that BWH would eliminate politics based on personality, inheritance and corruption. He added people cannot be dependent on federal and provincial governments for resolution of their issues.

We will bring a new workable and real democratic system in the country.
The party leader noticed the people have caught in basic amenities, like water, electricity and town, city and mohallah/locality level issues by delaying in provision authority to them and holding local bodies’ election.
When people would get authorities and power then issues could be resolved at local level, and will never depend on people representatives who are sitting in parliaments and provincial legislative assemblies, Shah opined.
He said lawmakers’ responsibility is to make legislation but they are indulged in making people greedy for securing votes though it is a legitimate right of people and prime obligation of legislators.
Faiq remarked Pakistanis are patriotic, hardworker, capable and highly competent, which can make their motherland as developed nation within few years.
Neither power nor democratic rights with people, because of which, they are highly dependent on the government, he added.
The ATP chairman noted that political parties are fostering dictatorship, saying that year after year, they are snatching public rights and establishing their monarchy. This oppressive and tyrant system should break from public authority, he stressed.
He vowed the ATP will ensure participation of every segment in the proposed BWH that would make concrete a joint/unified leadership, vision and collective wisdom.
Shah condemned the present coalition government for ill-planning and incompetence and mismanagement in economic strategy.
He noted that everyone is looting the joys of powers while the country instantly heads toward economic bankruptcy but the ruler’s expenses on protocols, expenditures and extravagance are relentless.
Burden of everything is shifting on the shoulders of poor masses, he noticed. He said bread and butter are unavailable to poor people.
