Chairman, Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) Muhammad Faiq Shah has emphasized the government and opposition should jointly sort of resettle of all issues to through holding talks in order to prevent confrontation and creating anarchy in country.
If Prime Minister Imran Khan would give sacrifice of power so it couldn’t be harmful for him, he remarked while talking to reporters here on Saturday.
Shah asked Imran Khan, Shehbaz Sharif, Bilawal Bhutto and Maulana Fazlur Rehman to nominate other people of their respective parties for top slots that would end the collision, which could be in the best interest of the country and to be a democracy.
Politics that is based on inherited as well as personality has fostered heroism that has brought political instability and division, he noted.
Instead of becoming ‘Sacred cow or personality’, Faiq emphasized that democracy attitude and customs should be adopted for strengthening the present democratic system.
The ATP chairman asserted the ballot should be polled to the party’s manifesto, strategy and ideology in order to promote democratic culture in the country.
He questioned: “When the democracy is unpresented in political parties, how can it be nurtured in the country? He added being a party head, how can guide his team?
The party leader said the Prime Minister Imran Khan should take such decisions for stronger democracy, which would produce very tangible and good results.
Faiq noticed the actual fight is for gaining chair of power as rest of all, is a game in which people are making scapegoats and rapidly eradicating them.
He demanded that the PM should be elected from every tenure from each province rotationally in order to end prejudice and hatred.
Origin of people (Jamhoor), democracy and moderation/parity should be initiated, he added.
He asked: “Isn’t these major people willing to sacrifice for democracy, country and people?
Shah maintained the day when they make a decision on it then they will be able to talk about democracy.
He noticed the character of politicians has completely filled up with contradictions.
He said people have been brought face to face for confrontation in order to create anarchy in the country as our foe’s also have this wish, he added.
Faiq said his party has given a charter for elimination of politics based on personality, emphasizing to practically adopt it in order to bring real democracy in the country.
