KARACHI: Father of a young boy who was killed being hit by troller has filed damage suit of Rs 130 million. Muhammad Sarfraz father of young boy Faizan has filed damage suit of Rs 130 million against tanker driver Hafiz Ullah and owner of tanker Gulfaraz Khan in the court of senior civil judge Gharbi due to death of his son being hit by tanker on Banaris pull. The petitioner has taken the plea the incident took place on Muharram 11. My son was returning with his cousin from Hussain Abad. Troller crushed his son Faizan, 24 to death. Usman Farooq counsel told the court the youth died due to overspeeding troller. The respondents be ordered to pay damage. ONLINE
