Fawad Hassan Fawad, the former principal secretary of Nawaz Sharif has failed to present money trail of his Plaza located at Saddar Rawalpindi to NAB officials as most of believed that he constructed this plaza with corruption amount.
Sources stated that Fawad Hassan Fawad had constructed a plaza on the name of his real bother at Rawalpindi posh area Saddar. Currently the total market value of this plaza is Rs 5 billion. Sources further stated that NAB has sought the money trail of this plaza from Fawad Hassan Fawad but he failed to present it. Inner sources told “Online” that it proved in initial investigation that Fawad Hassan Fawad had go illegitimate benefits from his legal post and made assets beyond means. His assets vale is in billions.
Sources said that NAB has prepared a reference in this regard and reference would soon be filed in an accountability court. It is also expected that NAB can arrest the relatives of Fawad Hassan Fawad in respect of this.
During his tenure as principal secretary he had constructed a plaza in Rawalpindi through illegal assets. Fawad neither presented any record before NAB nor was able to respond to their queries.
The accountability court on Saturday extended the physical remand of Fawad Hassan Fawad, the former principal secretary to ousted premier Nawaz Sharif, by 14 days in Rs14 billion Ashiana Housing Scheme scam.
