Fawad Khalil, the emerging talented squash player from Peshawar, has gone to America to represent Pakistan in International squash tournaments. Fawad Khalil, who performed prominently in Pakistan’s junior (under 11, 13, 15, 17 and 19) categories, maintained his position in the top three positions in the rankings till the age of 19.
In addition, Fawad Khalil has won all Pakistan Championships. He also played for Peshawar University in the Pakistan Inter-University Championship and won the championship several times.
He has also played on behalf of WAPDA and Pakistan Railways. In 2019, he participated in the National Games Peshawar and won the Bronze Medal and recently participated in the Prime Minister Kamyab Jawan Sports Drive and won the Gold Medal.
Now he went to America to represent Pakistan in international Squash Tournaments and nowadays he is improving his world ranking by performing well in squash competitions in America.
Play Squash Academy Satellite Series 3 tournament played in Columbia, Maryland. Played the Pre-Quarter final. After that, took a week of training from Equinox Academy head coach Shahid Zaman in Boston, which gave me a lot of benefit and encouragement. EQUINOX – SZK JULY SATELLITE TOURNAMENT 2022 Played the quarter final in the tournament and stood the sixth position.
They are training more with the desire to play more tournaments in the future and are hopeful for their success.
