ISLAMABAD: The Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) has provided a big relief to PTI Member of National Assembly (MNA) Sohail Sultan as the court has ordered Election Commission (EC) not to hear the case against him till further orders. The court while issuing notice to EC and other respondents adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period. The FCC stopped EC from initiating any proceedings against Sohail Sultan MNA from Swat till further orders besides issuing the notice to the respondents. A two members bench of FCC comprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Rozi Khan took up the case for hearing Monday. ONLINE
