ISLAMABAD: Hearing of female judge threatening case against chairman PTI has been adjourned till November 28 due to non availability of defence counsel in district and sessions court Islamabad. The case came up for hearing before civil judge Muhammad Murid Abbas Saturday. Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry counsel for chairman PTI appeared in the court. Barrister Suleman Safdar could not appear being pre-occupied. Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi appeared in the court. He said “ I am ready to give arguments. If arguments have to be given in the presence of defence counsel then give the date. Judge Murid Abbas remarked arguments will be given in the presence of Suleman Safdar. The day chairman PTI case is there in the court I cannot hear any other case. I am sitting free today too. I am costing to high court dearly. My daily salary is Rs 13000. There are four cases of chairman PTI and the entire day is wasted. Judge Murid Abbas said we fix the date on December 02. I fix the hearing on Saturday. Online
