FGEHA Committee reviews auction arrangements for commercial plots

The Auction Committee of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) convened an important meeting today, Thursday, July 09, 2026, under the chairmanship of Mr. Fayyaz-ul-Haq, Joint Secretary (Estate), Ministry of Housing & Works.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Faiz Umar Sial, Director Staff; Mr. Tanveer Haider, Director Administration; Mr. Asghar Ali, Director Finance; and Mr. Kazim Abbas, Director Revenue, along with other concerned officers.
The Committee held detailed deliberations regarding the upcoming auction of commercial plots located in the Class-III Shopping Centres of Sectors G-13 and G-14/4, as well as the commercial plots in Markaz G-14. The participants reviewed the current status, suitability, and inclusion of these properties in the forthcoming auction.
The meeting also focused on finalizing key arrangements for the auction, including the preparation of the auction brochure, advertising and publicity campaign, auction schedule, and other administrative and operational matters to ensure the successful conduct of the event.
The Committee reaffirmed its commitment to conducting the auction process in a transparent, fair, and competitive manner, ensuring equal opportunities for all investors while providing a conducive and investor-friendly environment.
The Auction Management Committee expressed its resolve to complete all necessary arrangements well in time to make the upcoming auction of commercial plots successful, transparent, and attractive for investors. The auction date, brochure, and other relevant details will be announced shortly through the official channels of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA).
