FIA blockade illegal entry of Afghan nationals at Torkham

Thirteen Afghan citizens unlawfully entering into Pakistan via Torkham Border were restricted by the officials of Federal Investigative Agency (FIA) last day.
Assistant Director (AD) FIA, Torkham Yasir Arafat said that 13 Afghan nationals including men and women were apprehended by the on duty FIA officials at pedestrian capsule who had crossed the Border on fake and expired visas.
After a legal process, they were sent back to their home country, Afghanistan, AD said.
Those who attempted illegally to cross the crossing were including Kulsoom Rashedi Passport (PP) no. PO 5565752, Bahirullah PP no. PO 2253861, Lina Zaheer, PP no. 0061959, Hamida Mashal PO 02028269, Muhammad Ayab PO 5550450, Mursaleen Gulzad PO 1267211(expire visa), Sabir Banday Safi PO 5556082, Tahir Shinwari PO 3810107, Khalid Shinwari PO 06932254,Gul Mina Gul PO 5562846,Muhammad Ibrahim PO 0218484, Hamid Hashmi PO 3517440, Laila Bibi PO 4018038. Sakina Balaghi PO 434378 and Muhammad Mehdi Ibrahimi PO 3524511.
Due to obscurity in availing legal visas, the Afghan citizens utilized all lawful and unlawful channels to cross into Pakistan however the FIA officials under the supervision of AD Yasir Arafat, would black their illegal entry into Pakistan, the official said.
It is to be stated here that because of security measures, the Pakistani government initiated a border management scheme and firstly imposed visa policy for Afghan citizens in June, 2016.
